About Us

Habari Conservation Organization (HCO) was established as a bottom to top approach to community for environment initiative goals in Tanzania mainland. This modelling has worked best whereby everyone in the community is a member ambassador advocating to better environment. HCO has its origins in the Dodoma. works hand in hand addressing environment challenges in their community.

Vision 

To advocate for the dissemination and use of Information to environment protection, recovery and conservation by providing education among youth, women and community in order to leverage its potential to drive Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and African Union (AU) Agenda 2063.

Mission

To cultivate environment literacy culture in efforts to create an empowered environment society capable of improving its wellbeing and bridging the environment knowledge divide for sustainable future generation.
Over time, HCO’s work has benefitted the community through planting trees, providing education, giving three shades and two fruits trees to households in both rural and urban communities.
